 The Niagara County Fire Investigation Unit and The Niagara Falls Fire Department invite you to attend the Spring Seminar of the New York State Fire Investigators, Chapter 23.

 The seminar will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located directly across from the Seneca Niagara Casino and within easy    walking distance of Niagara Falls’ many sightseeing and entertainment attractions. Also within walking distance is Niagara Falls, Ontario which also offers its own variety of attractions and entertainment. The price of registration includes Continental Breakfasts, Lunch, Networking Session, and Seminar Materials. All of the above is offered for the low member price of  $ 90.00 per attendee. The cost for non- members is $115.00.

 Hotel rooms are available at the rate of $109.00 per night at the host hotel. Hotel registration shall be the responsibility of the registrant, and may be made by calling 1-800-2CROWNE or by logging on to www.crowneplaza.com and select the link to Niagara Falls NY.  This year’s featured speaker is Gregory J. Harlin. For those who have attended the conferences at the NYS Fire Academy, his presentation had many looking for more, even after the conference officially closed. The entire seminar is devoted to our featured speaker and his topic “Disclosing Secrets through Interview & Interrogation Techniques.

 Register early as we have a limited number of beds available and they will be strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. FORENSIC FIRE SCENE RECONSTRUCTION - ORLANDO, FLORIDA - JUNE 11-13, 2008 - IAAI FLORIDA CHAPTER

 

 

Register now for the 3-day FORENSIC FIRE SCENE RECONSTRUCTION SEMINAR being held Wednesday, June 11 through Friday, June 13, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. This seminar is co-sponsored by the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ARSON INVESTIGATORS and the FLORIDA CHAPTER of the IAAI (See attachment for more information and Registration Form.) Dynamic speakers Dr. David Icove and Dr. John DeHaan, co-authors of Forensic Fire Scene Reconstruction, will show you how to apply engineering principles and practice to assess and investigate the impact of fires. This concept is essential for comprehensive, defensible, and accurate fire scene investigations. Professions that would benefit from this informative seminar include: Fire Investigators, Insurance Investigators and Claims Personnel, Fire Protection Specialists, Consultants and Engineers, Medical Examiner Investigators, Prosecutors, and Fire Litigation Attorneys.
